International Orders

These terms apply to orders delivered outside South Africa.

  1. Prices are in South African rand. Any converted price shown is an estimate, and your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
  2. International orders are paid by card. Payflex and EFT are for South African customers only.
  3. You are the importer. You're responsible for all customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT or GST), brokerage and clearance fees in your country, and any paperwork customs asks for. These aren't included in our prices.
  4. Please check that you're allowed to import these products for personal use in your country before you order. International orders are for personal use only, not resale.
  5. We declare the true contents and value on every customs form, and can't mark orders as gifts or lower their value.
  6. Returns: you can cancel your order within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Please contact us first and return the item to us. You pay the return delivery cost, and we'll refund the amount you paid us within 30 days of receiving it. Import duties and taxes aren't paid to us, so we can't refund them.
  7. Customs: we don't refund parcels that are refused, confiscated by customs or not collected, or duties and taxes charged on arrival, unless the problem was caused by us (for example, incorrect labelling or information we supplied).
  8. Faulty or damaged items: if your order arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photos and we'll replace it or refund you, as the law requires. We may ask you to return the item first.
  9. International delivery is a flat R850 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. Tracking is sent once your order ships.
  10. Our products are cosmetics, for external use only.
  11. Your rights: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws that apply to you, including South Africa's Consumer Protection Act and ECT Act and the Australian Consumer Law. You can ask us for a written copy of this policy.
